1. An easy to use affordable software for the average person with little IT knowledge. The clients have a Homes and Pets connection.
They include the "for sale by owner" property seller, small enterprises (less than 10 employees), small-time realtor, franchise realtor breeder, zoo owners, veterinarian and pet shop operator to make his small or start up business profitable.
Profitability is achieved by cutting down manpower costs, monitoring income and expenses and increasing productivity and work efficiency.

This software application allows the mom-and-dad or start up to record and post description and pictures of homes and/or pets for sale, directly from his digital camera, gets offers or auction bids, gives automatic reply via e-mails, sms or mms. He has security and manages his business accounts and database and reminders like vaccination or appointments online at affordable rates without need for much software training or storing information in CDs and computers.
